About Me

What have I done? What do I do?

After leaving school, I worked for McDonald's in Bath on a part time basis - I started as a Crew Member in 2010 which helped me build self-confidence as well as confidence when talking to customers. Once I left college I started working full time and I was promoted to Crew Trainer which allowed me to build skills in team leading, training and particularly coaching. Soon after this I was promoted to Shift Manager, which pushed my customer interaction skills and my ability to problem solve in a pressured environment.

After leaving McDonalds, I started working for GWR as a Guard. This role is heavily customer based with many safety critical duties included - this has tought me to balance tasks in a safery critical environment such that safety is not impacted.
